What is Steps to Sustainability?
In this 14 month journey, you will learn to look outwards, build stronger partnerships and become more comfortable with the commercial aspects of running a heritage organisation. Learning with a network of peers and sector experts from across the UK, you will turn a new business idea into reality.
The Steps to Sustainability programme will provide an in-depth learning package delivered by Social Enterprise Academy Wales, in partnership with Wales Co-operative Centre. The programme will assist heritage organisations to develop revenue streams and help you recover from the impact of Covid-19.
Applications will be open to members of staff with a high level of influence within heritage organisations. The programme is open to heritage organisations throughout the UK, with programmes specifically for heritage organisations in Wales and South West England.
