At the Wales Co-operative Centre we regularly hold events which include supporting healthcare campaigns such as Time to Talk to promote mental health awareness, Macmillans largest coffee morning, Dragon boat racing, celebrations for the launch of new projects and our legendary regular event – Hot Chocolate Fridays!

We welcome ideas from all members of staff for all causes, the crazier the better and even those which simply make our people’s days brighter!

We use an anonymous staff survey to measure staff engagement and satisfaction, which gives us a great insight on what our employees really feel about working for the Wales Co-operative Centre, and what we can do to improve.
