Digital technology is now an essential element of any organisation’s operations and processes. Here at the Wales Co-operative Centre, we want to make sure that everyone has the skills, opportunity and motivation to harness this technology successfully to create positive social change.

Although the internet is now more than thirty years old, we know that there are many organisations that lack the confidence or skills to fully embrace digital technology. This means that they miss out on opportunities to market or sell their services online, connect with customers and supporters, streamline their processes, or use technological solutions to make things better for people, society and the planet. Sometimes this is because staff and leaders lack digital skills or confidence. It might also mean that the organisation is unable to help its users gain these skills and get online.
We want to change this.
- Our Digital Society toolkit provides a range of guides and resources for organisations looking to do more with technology.
- We deliver free webinars and events for social enterprises that want to use technology to effect positive social impact.
- Our consultancy team deliver bespoke support for organisations to help them explore digital transformation or embrace digital solutions
- Through our Digital Communities Wales programme, we can also provide networks, training and support for organisations which want to reduce digital exclusion and help their users get online.
Please explore the Digital Society section of our website to see what we can offer. If you’d like to discuss the potential of digital technology for your organisation and get our support, please contact us.
