We believe that co-operatives and co-operative principles can help people, families, communities and businesses to be stronger and more confident. You can support these principles and help spread these ideals by participating in the AGM.

As a member of the Wales Co-operative Centre you are invited to attend this year’s AGM which we are holding at CAIS, Station Court, 41-43 Station Road, Colwyn Bay LL29 8BP on Tuesday 24 September 2019 at 12.45 pm.
This year there are five vacancies on the board and nominations have been received from the following six members:

- Richard Hughes
- Adrian Roper
- Allison Soroko
- Helen Wilkinson
- Robin Williams

This year’s AGM is part of an optional day-long programme of study visits organised exclusively for our members, which will culminate in the Social Business Wales Awards ceremony. To confirm your attendance at the AGM or any part of the day’s activities, please sign up on Eventbrite.
If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please complete the proxy form below and return it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 1.00pm on Friday 20 September 2019.

Members' social enterprise tour and AGM
We are delighted to invite you to join us for a day of activities on Tuesday 24 September, organised exclusively for our members. The day will include study visits to two social enterprises, as well as opportunities to network with other members.
